Obama seems like a good guy. I think with time he will make a good president, but I am somewhat concerned with his experience level when it comes to running our country.
He sure does seem like a good guy..but not good enuff to run America's affairs.How about Obama Tosha for Kenya 2007?Wouldnt that be kool?
I really like him, but America might not vote for someone with his name,his race, or his limited experience. It is sad to say but I have listened to others who seem to have a problem with his name. A more Anglo name would be prefered. Personally I do not care and I would vote for him, I would like for him to be the first balck president..but I doubt if he will represent the No. 1 nation in the world carrying his name.
For almost a decade, Obama has been a leader in the Illinois legislature in the battle to protect a woman's right to choose. Choose what? Obama and his wife are in full support of partial birth abortion, and in fact his wife is VERY outspoken about her support of this. Partial birth abortion is where the Dr. induces labor and the entire infant is delivered except the head. A scissors is jammed into the base of the skull. A tube is inserted into the skull, and the brain is sucked out. The now-dead infant is pulled out.
I really could care less about what other topics he has to speak on...social issues like welfare, taxes, civil rights, whatever... All those other things really don't matter if you're killed before you even have a chance to live. As a Christian, we should never support someone who does not hold a high value for the sanctity of life. If he doesn't take a stand to protect the innocent, the unborn...imagine what he will do, or not do for us who are alive and have a voice. Would you want to entrust your life and future with a man with who holds such a low value for the unborn babies of this country? I know I wouldn't!
